In this workshop you will gain a better understanding about self-harming behaviours. This workshop will provide you with the warning signs of individuals who self-harm, and some practical strategies to address the self-harming behaviour. You will address such areas as why some people self-harm, possible triggers, assess the individual's motivation to stop self-harming, and strategies to help the individual stop self-harming based upon their motivational level.
