Walking for Wellness: Session 1

Walking for Wellness Program: Session 1 This group is aimed at increasing physical activity, social activity, and outdoor exposure. These 3 factors are known mental health protective factors. Additionally, engaging in experiential therapy activities may help individuals to process acute and chronic stresses. Reflection exercises will be integrated into the program, with the aim of increasing self-awareness and mindfulness. Participants must be able to walk for approximately 3km on moderate terrain and sign a participation waiver. COST = $25 for 5…
