Cross Cultural Awareness (CRM04)

As the demographics of our nation, workplaces and clients are growing, cultural competence is key to effective and respectful relationships. With a strong emphasis on the Canadian Indigenous people, this workshop is designed to improve your awareness, understanding, and skills needed to deliver services within a multicultural environment. This workshop uses research, facts, and storytelling to explore cultural diversity, cultural self-awareness, prejudice, racism, Aboriginal history and contemporary Indigenous issues.
