Start a Healing Journey

The Start a Healing Journey group was designed to assist individuals in learning new and effective coping skills that will help in daily interactions with friends, family and other people that one connects with on a regular basis. This two-week series follows specific criteria that leads from one topic, into the next, providing step-by-step experiences that are meant to be independently practiced throughout the week. Participants report that the skills presented in this series have led them into new, more successful ways of perceiving, approaching and handling situations as they arise; improving communication and relationships.
Topics for this group will include: self-care, tolerating emotions & interactions, boundaries and control & responsibility.
The dates for this group are April 6 & 13 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, participants must attend both days. This group will be held IN PERSON at Pace.
