We are excited to announce our upcoming workshop!
This workshop will provide you with a strong baseline on how to intervene and help individuals who are in crisis. You will explore grief and stress caused by a one-time event, or a series of events.
Topics Include:
- What is grief
- How to come out the other side of grief
- How to effectively communicate with someone who is in crisis.
Participants will gain:
- Skills to cope with a series of different individual personalities and how they handle emotions differently.
- Knowledge and baseline strategies to help people cope with crisis
